Nepal rastriya bank gives permission to Central Finance

Central Finance has received permission from the regulator Nepal Rastra Bank to distribute dividends to investors. Finance is going to give 7.7% bonus share and 3.3% cash to the shareholders. With the approval of NRB, the dividend will now be submitted to the annual general meeting for approval. The distribution process will move forward only after it is passed by the assembly. The board of directors of the company has decided to distribute 7.7% bonus share and 3.3% cash dividend from the profit of the fiscal year 2077-78.

Therefore, the company will distribute bonus shares equal to Rs. 678.39 million. Similarly, it will spend Rs 29 million 74 thousand in cash.
