When is the last day to apply for shares of National Life Insurance and Citizens Investment Fund
Kathmandu, March 18
The last day to apply for the auctioned shares of National Life Insurance and Citizens Investment Fund owned by NIC Asia Bank is Friday.
The company has opened sale of 25,000 founder shares of National Life Insurance and 50,000 founder shares of Citizens Investment Fund from Chaitra 01. Interested applicants have to pay Rs. 1,504 per share for Citizen Investment Fund and Rs. 404 for National Life Insurance as prescribed. In order to purchase shares, both companies have a minimum of 100 lots and a maximum of numbers divisbile by10. The sales manager is NIC Asia Capital Limited.
Interested applicants can apply from NIC Asia Capital Babar Mahal, Kathmandu NIC Asia’s Corporate Office Trade Tower Thapathali, Branch Offices Biratnagar, Birgunj, Pokhara, Butwal, Dhangadhi and Surkhet.
