USA is the second largest supplier of crude oil to India

The United States is the second largest oil supplier to India. Where, Saudi Arabia has dropped to fourth place. Indian companies have started buying crude oil from the US at cheaper prices last month. India has been increasing oil imports from the United States for the last time since oil supplies to OPEC Plus countries were cut.
According to the Economic Times, the United States is the world’s largest oil producer. In February, India imported 48 percent of its crude oil from the United States alone.
During that period, India imported 545,300 barrels of oil. In February, India accounted for only 14 percent of total imports from the United States. During the same period, India imported 445,200 barrels of oil from Saudi Arabia, the lowest in a decade. Saudi Arabia fell to fourth place in oil supplies since January 2006.
