Unnati Sahakarya Laghubitta calls for AGM, when will the book close?

Unnati Sahakarya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. has convened its sixth annual general meeting.

A meeting of the organization held on Monday evening has decided to hold the annual general meeting on Chaitra 31. The meeting will start at 10M30 am at Hotel Pauwa in Bhairahawa, Rupandehi. The meeting will approve the proposed 17.81 percent bonus share for the last fiscal year.

The same assembly will also approve a special resolution to expel FPOs for capital increase. Likewise, a decision will be passed to give full authority to the Board of Directors to take forward all the necessary actions for the purpose of merging, merging and acquiring other suitable Laghubitta Sanstha.

The organization has decided to close the book for one day on Chaitra 18 for the purpose of dividend and meeting. This means that only existing shareholders till Chaitra 17 will be eligible to receive dividends and participate in the meeting.
