Unique Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has convened its first special general meeting on Baisakh 25. The company has called a meeting at its central office meeting hall, Banke for 11 am. The meeting of the board of directors of the company held on Chaitra 21 has decided to hold a meeting.
The company has informed that the link will be sent via email or SMS to the mobile a few days ago as the company will hold the meeting through zoom technology as the Corona epidemic has increased.
In the resolution of the meeting, to pass a resolution regarding the merger of this company with Ghodaghodi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha. The meeting will also discuss about to increase the authorized, issued and paid-up capital of the company, to make necessary amendments in the management letter and rules to make the company a national level microfinance, to merge with any microfinance in future. And for the purpose of obtaining, the authority will be given to the board of directors.
