Two separate companies have called a general meeting on Thursday.

Sunrise Bank and Swavalamban MFI have called a general meeting on Thursday. Sunrise Bank has informed that Amrapali Bacvent will start at 10:30 AM in Baluwatar.

The meeting will pass a resolution to distribute 6.65 percent bonus shares and 0.35 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. Similarly, the House will discuss and pass the annual report for the fiscal year 2077/78 and pass a resolution to appoint auditor for 2078/79 and determine his remuneration. The company has already closed the book on December 19 for the purpose of general meeting. On this basis, the existing shareholders will be able to participate in the general meeting and receive dividends till January 20. Similarly, Swavalamban MFI has informed that the 20th Annual General Meeting will start on Thursday at 11 am at Ellis Reception Garidhara, Kathmandu. The meeting will pass a resolution to distribute 19 percent bonus shares and 6 percent cash dividend including tax.

The company has closed the shareholder’s book on December 20 for the purpose of the general meeting. On this basis, the existing shareholders will be able to participate in the general meeting and receive dividend till December 20.
