Today is the last chance to secure the dividend of these two companies

Kathmandu. Thursday is the last day for two companies to secure dividends. Nerude MFI and Reliance Life Insurance are closing the book on 26 December. Accordingly, the existing shareholders who have traded in Nepse till today will be able to participate in the general meeting and receive dividends.

Nerude Microfinance Financial Institution Limited has convened its 15th Annual General Meeting on December 26 at the meeting hall of Industries Association Morang, Biratnagar to pass a proposal of 21.48 percent bonus share to the shareholders from the last fiscal year’s profit and 1.13 percent cash dividend for its tax purposes.The meeting will begin at 11 a.m. The meeting has an agenda to empower the board of directors to carry out all the work related to merger or acquisition with other suitable financial institutions and to elect the board of directors.

The meeting will pass a resolution to distribute 5.26 percent cash dividend of the existing paid up capital. In addition, proposals to amend the company’s regulations, including the appointment of auditors will be passed
