TMS recipients close to 5 Lakh; adding more than 54 thousand in a fortnight

Everyday the share market is becoming more attractive. Market investors are growing daily.

According to the latest statistics, the number of demat account holders has reached 1.9 million. With the launch of the online system, the market has changed. Investors can now buy and sell shares from anywhere with a single click. Due to which the number of Trade Management System (TMS) recipients has started increasing day by day. In the last two weeks, 54,340 people have received TMS. At the same time, the number of TMS recipients has reached 4,99,693. Two years ago, the number of TMS recipients was 445,353.

According to the data released by the Nepal Stock Exchange today, out of the total number of TMS takers, 243,338 are actively trading through the online system. In this regard, more than 48 percent are now buying and selling shares through the online system.

 Investors trading shares from NASA Securities Company Limited are taking more TMS. Of the 48,413 people who trade from this broker, 23,642 are actively trading through the online system.
