Time for withdrawal of candidature extended by one hour

KATHMANDU: DEC. 12 – The time for withdrawing nomination papers to the General Convention of the Nepali Congress has been extended by one hour. Earlier, the time for withdrawing the candidature was fixed till 11:30 am on Sunday. The Election Committee has informed that the time for withdrawing the candidature has been extended till 12:30 pm.

The election committee said that the time has been extended due to the large number of people wanting to withdraw their candidacies. Also, The committee has also stated that the final list will be published by 1 pm.
