Three hundred people filled in the details to return home from Afghanistan

A total of 300 Nepalis living in Afghanistan have so far stated that they want to return home. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued a statement stating that 296 Nepalis have returned home from Afghanistan so far.

The names and passport numbers of some of the mobile numbers and email addresses have been repeated in the ‘Situation Room’ headed by the Deputy Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Etiquette Division.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has stated that it is cooperating and coordinating with the allies flying from Kabul for the rescue operation.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement that 296 people, including eight from Jazeera Air’s regular Kuwait-Kathmandu flight, returned home. Citizens who have arrived in Nepal have been kept in a holding center managed by the government in Samakhusi under the coordination of CCMC after completing the necessary procedures including immigration.
