Three companies to held meeting on Saturday; Two banks and a finance company

Kathmandu, April 9

The general meeting of three different companies is being held on Saturday. Green Development Bank Ltd., Janaki Finance Ltd. and Saptakoshi Development Bank Ltd. are going to hold a general meeting.

The Green Development Bank has informed that the company’s meeting will be held at Hotel Barahi Pokhara Kaski at 11 am. The meeting will pass a resolution to distribute 3.80 percent bonus shares and 0.20 percent cash dividend. The existing shareholders till Chaitra 16 will received the bonus shares of the company.

Saptakoshi Development Bank has informed that the meeting of the company will be held at Jeevan Bikas Samaj Katahari, Morang at 10:30 am. The House will discuss and pass the annual report for the fiscal year 2076/77. In addition, the meeting shall pass a resolution to merge or acquire with this bank and other banks and financial institutions to give full authority to the board of directors to carry out the entire work.

Similarly, Janaki Finance has stated that the meeting will be held at Gayatri Kunj Janaki Chowk, Janakpurdham at 10 am. The meeting will discuss and pass the annual report for the fiscal year 2076/77.
