Three companies preparing to issue IPO

Kathmandu, March 10

A hydropower and two laghubitta companies are preparing to issue IPO to the general public. Companies have approached the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) for IPO.

Manakamana Smart Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited and Sayapatri Hydropower Limited have reached the SEBON for IPO issue.

Manakamana Smart Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha plans to issue 3 lakh and 89 thousand IPOs and Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha plans to issue 19 lakh 77 thousand and 3 hundred IPOs. The Securities Board has of Nepal stated that both the companies have tried to issue IPO at the face value of Rs 100 per share. The board has put the IPO proposals of both the companies in the pipeline. NMB Capital will act as the IPO issuer and sales manager for both microfinance.

Similarly, Sayapatri Hydropower Limited wants to issue 9 lakh IPOs at a face value of Rs 100. Total of 9 lakh shares are to be issued for the general public. NIBL S Capital will act as the IPO sales manager for the hydropower.
