These are the proposals of Prabhu Bank’s Annual General Meeting on January 3

Kathmandu. The annual general meeting of Prabhu Bank is scheduled to be held on January 3. The meeting will start at 11 a.m. at the Central Office of the Bank, Baber Mahal, Kathmandu.

At the meeting, the bank is going to present a special proposal to distribute 12 percent bonus share from the last fiscal year’s profit and 0.63 percent cash dividend to pay tax on bonus. There is also an agenda to amend the management letter and regulations. Discussions will also be held on the annual report of the last fiscal year and profit and loss account and cash flow statement. Similarly, it is proposed to give authority to the Board of Directors to merge or acquire with any other bank and financial institution.

The bank is going to close the book on January 19 for the purpose of the meeting. According to this, only the shareholders who will remain till December 15 will be able to get the bonus shares offered by the bank and participate in the meeting.
