Today, the stock market has improved. According to the Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE), the NEPSE index rose by 19.12 points to 2,843 points on Thursday after a continuous decline for several days.
A total of 3,28,38,993 shares of 224 companies were traded at a turnover of Rs 6.70 billion today.
Today, shares of all groups except non-life insurance have risen modestly. Shares of banking group increased by three points, development bank by 152 points, trade by 19 points, hotel group by 138 points and hydropower group by 21 points.
Similarly, shares of finance group increased by 63 points, micro finance and manufacturing by two points, others by 37 points, life insurance group by 74 points and investment group by 107 points.
