The IPO of Over 3.3 Million Shares is Going to be Issued

The IPO of over 3.3 million shares of the two companies is going to be issued in the market. Dordi Khola Hydropower Company and Manushi Microfinance Financial Institution are preparing to issue IPO in the market.

 For this, both the organizations have applied to the Nepal Securities Board seeking eviction permission.

Dordi Khola Hydropower Company has filed an application for IPO with the Registration Board on April 6. Dordi Khola Hydropower Company is preparing to issue 2,951,929 IPO lots.

 Similarly, Manushi Microfinance will issue an IPO worth 393,750 shares. The company has applied to the Nepal Securities Board on April 27.
