The general meeting of Mirmire Laghubitta and Mahila Sahayatra Laghubitta to be held on Wednesday

The general meeting of Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd., and Mahila Sahyatra Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. is scheduled to be held on Wednesday.

Mirmire Laghubitta has called a general meeting at 11 am at Panchakanya Banquet Kavrepalanchok. The meeting will pass a resolution to distribute 9.19 percent bonus shares and 0.48 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. The existing shareholders till Chaitra 5 will receive the company’s dividend.

Similarly, Mahila Sahyatra Laghuvitta has stated that it will hold a meeting at Om Adhya Retreat Resort, Makwanpur at 11 am. The meeting will pass a resolution to distribute 10 percent bonus shares and 0.53 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. The existing shareholders till Falgun 27 will get dividend.
