Sunrise Bank’s AGM completed, dividend distribution proposal passed

The 14th Annual General Meeting of Sunrise Bank has been concluded. The meeting was held at Amrapali Banquet, Baluwatar, Kathmandu on Thursday. The meeting has passed a resolution to distribute 6.65% bonus share and 0.35% cash dividend to pay taxes from the profit of the fiscal year 2077-78. The meeting also passed a resolution authorizing the board of directors to amend the management letter and rules related to mergers and acquisitions.

The bank is currently providing services to more than 800,000 customers through 139 branches, 83 branchless banking services, 12 extension counters and 157 ATM counters.
