Singati Hydro’s IPO to be distributed today; 269,700 people will get 10 units of shares

The IPO allotment of Singati Hydro Energy Limited is being held today (Friday) since 11 am.

The company had sold 26 lakh 97 thousand shares to the general public through public offering from Chaitra 6 to Chaitra 10. Capital said that the company’s IPO allotment was delayed due to a problem with mero share portal.

Out of the total 29 lakh IPOs allotted to the public, the company has distributed 58,000 shares for the company’s employees and 145,000 shares for the collective investment fund. The number of applications for this IPO is 9.16 times more than the demand. The company has already distributed 14 lakh 5 thousand ordinary shares to the locals of the project-affected areas on Falgun 17. After issusing IPO the company’s capital has raised to Rs. 1 arba 45 crore.

CDS and Clearing Limited has informed that applications for 2,47,20,450 lots have been received from 1,623,450 applicants till 5 pm on Chaitra 10, the last day to apply for the company’s IPO. The company has a net worth of Rs. 100. For the first transaction in the secondary market, the net worth seems to be three times the value range of the net worth of the company’s. It seems to get a price range of Rs. 100 to Rs. 300.
