Singati Hydro Energy’s to issue IPO worth 29 crore

Kathmandu, March 5
Singati Hydro Energy Pvt. Ltd will be issusing its IPO from April 20. The company will issue 2.9 million IPOs worth Rs. 29 crore at the face value of Rs.100 per unit.
Out of total shares, 2 percent i.e. 58,000 shares have been allotted to employees and 5 percent i.e. 1,45,000 shares to collective investment funds. The remaining 2.69 million shares has been opened to the public, according to the securities sales manager Mega Capital.
The sales manager has stated that one can apply for the IPO of the company from March 22 to March 25. A minimum of 10 to a maximum of 200,000 lots can be applied.
The company has already sold and distributed 1.45 million IPOs worth Rs. 145 million to the residents of Bigu and Kalinchok villages in the worst affected areas of Dolakha district.
