Siddhartha Insurance proposed dividend; How much is the bonus and cash?

Kathmandu, March 25
Siddhartha Insurance Limited has proposed dividend for the last fiscal year 2076/77.
A meeting of the company’s board of directors held on Wednesday has proposed a total dividend of 15.7894 percent from the current paid-up capital of the last fiscal year’s profit. Of which, 12 percent will have a bonus share i.e. Rs. 12 crore and 3.7894 percent will have a cash dividend i.e. Rs 3 crore 78 lakh 47 thousand 736.84 (including tax).
The company’s paid-up capital is Rs 1 arba. The company has stated that the proposed dividend will be distributed to the shareholders after the approval of the Insurance Committee.
