Shine Resunga Bank’s bonus shares listed; 13 percent bonus listed on NEPSE

Kathmandu, April 13

NEPSE listed the bonus shares of Shine Resunga Development Bank Limited. The company’s 13 percent bonus shares were listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) on Tuesday.

The company listed 39 lakh 21thousand 241.66 shares of the bonus shares on Tuesday. The shares, which will be traded from Thursday, will be traded only after the shareholders deposit in their beneficiary account.

The company had passed the proposal to distribute the bonus shares at its 12th annual general meeting held on Poush 29. The company will distribute the bonus on the basis of Rs. 3 arba 1 crore 63 lakh 39 thousand.

After the bonus, the company’s paid-up capital is Rs. 3arba 40 crore 84 lakh 64 thousand. The bank acquired the Purnima and Bhargav Bikas Bank so, the shareholders these bank will get tax exemption on bonus shares.
