Sarathi Nepal Microfinance Financial Institution has revised the bonus shares.
The company has proposed to distribute 8.12 percent bonus shares and 0.42 percent cash dividend for tax purposes last fiscal year. The company has stated that the bonus shares have changed as the Nepal Rastra Bank has instructed to submit the revised financial statements of the Naya Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. for the fiscal year 2076/77.
This proposal will be received by the shareholders after the approval of Nepal Rastra Bank and the approval of the next general meeting of the company. The decision was taken at a meeting of the company’s board of directors held on Chaitra 2.
