Sarathi Laghubitta and Suryodaya Laghubitta adjusted share price

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) on Thursday adjusted the bonus share price of Sarathi Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. and Suryodaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. Nepse has adjusted the share price after the two companies closed their books for dividend and general meeting purposes on Thursday.

After the adjustment of 8.13 percent bonus shares of Sarathi Nepal Laghubitta, the share price has been fixed to Rs. 1,596. The last share price of Sarathi Nepal Laghu on Wednesday, was Rs. 1,726. The company has proposed to distribute 8.13 percent bonus shares and 0.43 percent cash dividend for tax purposes to the shareholders from the last year’s profit. The company has convened a general meeting on Baisakh 3 at Hotel Araniko, Dhulikhel to pass the resolution.

Similarly, after adjusting for 15.35 percent bonus shares of Suryodaya Laghubitta, Nepse fixed its share price to Rs. 1,960. The company on Wednesday was transacted in Rs. 2,261. The company has proposed to distribute 15.35 percent bonus shares and 0.81 percent cash dividend for tax purposes to the shareholders from the last year’s profit. The company has called a general meeting on Chaitra 31 to pass the resolution. The company has informed that the meeting will be held at Sahayatri Party Palace, Syangja.

Currently, the company’s paid-up capital is Rs. 21 crore 5 lakh 42 thousand. The company is going to distribute dividend on the basis of the same capital.
