Sanima Bank customers can now update KYC through online
Kathmandu, April 5
Sanima Bank Limited has launched a facility to update its Know Your Customer (KYC) personal details electronically (online). To make bank’s service more convienient it started the facility.
Bank customers can update their personal details (KYC) by logging on to the bank’s website www.sanimabank.com and clicking on ‘Online KYC Update’ and filling in the required details in the electronic form. However, in order to change the mobile number and for details including biometrics, the concerned customer should contact the branch of their choice, the bank said.
The bank is confident that more and more customers will benefit from this facility as personal details can be updated quickly, easily and securely at a convenient time and place without having to be present at the bank. The bank currently has 86 branches, 17 extended counters and 96 ATMs in all the provinces.
