Sangrila Development Bank provides banking training to its employees

Kathmandu, April 21

Sangrila Development Bank Ltd. has provided two days orientation and banking training for its employees. The training has been provided to the employees of various departments and branches on Baisakh 5 and 6.

The bank has stated that the training has been imparted to the employees for the purpose of informing, teaching and orienting the employees about the work and policies of the bank.

Speaking at the conclusion of the two-day program, Chief Executive Officer of the Bank, Suyog Shrestha, encouraged the employees and said that this kind of training would enhance the efficiency of the employees and contribute to the sustainable development of the employees themselves and the bank.

He also informed that such training programs would be organized in the near future as such programs would enhance the skills and confidence of the employees. Employees who participated in the program said that they were encouraged to work through the training. At the end of the training, Chief Executive Officer Shrestha presented certificates to the participants.

The bank has been providing services through 95 branch offices, 31 ATM counters in the country.
