Samata and Gharelu Laghubitta to start joint business from Baisakh 2nd

Kathmandu, April 7

The Samata Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. and Gharelu Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd., is all set to start joint business. The integrated business will start from Baisakh 2 under the name of Samata Gharelu Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd.

The separate annual general meeting of the two companies held on Poush 14 had passed the merger proposal. With the final approval of the Nepal Rastra Bank on Chaitra 10 and the Office of the Registrar of Companies on Chaitra 19, the joint business will start from Baisakh 2. After the merge, the registered office of the company will be located in Banepa Municipality, Ward No. 8, Kavrepalanchowk.
