Russia has Brought a Single Dose of the Corona Vaccine

Russia has acquired a single dose of Corona vaccine. The vaccine is called Sputnik Light and will be 79.4 percent effective, officials said.

The vaccine which is developed by the Gamlia Research Institute in Moscow, is being used in 60 countries around the world. Russia is promoting the vaccine as the world’s first vaccine against the corona virus.

7,000 people have been included in the phase 3 trial of this vaccine. Trials were held in Ghana, Russia and the UAE. After 289 days, its data was analyzed.

The vaccine was found to be effective in all new strains of corona. The data show that it is more effective than most other two-dose vaccines.
