River Falls Power Limited has called a special general meeting.

The company has called a meeting to discuss issues including public issue of shares.

The special general assembly will be held at the company’s central office in Kamaladi, Kathmandu on May 16 at 11 am.

The company has stated that the meeting will be conducted through virtual means due to the Corona epidemic.
