Reliance Life called a general meeting

Reliance Life Insurance has called a general meeting on 11 December. The company has convened a general meeting of the fiscal year 2076/077 at 11 am in Shankhamul, Kathmandu to pass the dividend proposal.

The meeting will pass the proposal to distribute 5.26 percent (including tax) proposed by the board of directors of the company. The annual report for the Fiscal Year 2076/07 will be discussed.

The company is closing the book on 26 December for the purpose of general meeting and dividend. Accordingly, the existing shareholders will be able to participate in the meeting and receive dividends till December 10.
