Reliance Finance offered 10 percent bonus; Share price raised by 57 rupees in a week

The share price of Reliance Finance Limited has raised by Rs. 57 in a week. The company’s share price raised from Rs. 249 to Rs. 306. The share price has risen since the company’s general meeting pass a proposal to distribute 10 percent bonus shares and 0.53 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes) to shareholders from last year’s profits.
The company has called a general meeting on Baisakh 22. The meeting will be held at Lainchaur Banquet, Kathmandu. It has been informed that the shareholder’s book of the company will be closed on Baisakh 10 (one day) for the purpose of general meeting and dividend distribution. On the basis of book close, the existing shareholders till Baisakh 9 will get dividend.
The company’s share price had risen by 9.68 percent on Thursday compared to the previous trading day. The share price per share is Rs. 306 has been maintained. Currently, the company’s paid-up capital is Rs. 83 crore 24 lakh 16 thousand. After the distribution of 10 percent bonus shares, the capital will increase to Rs. 91 crore 56 lakh 57 thousand.
The company distributed only cash dividend to the shareholders from the previous year’s profit last year. Last year, the company had distributed 6.58 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
