Prime Life Insurance to give 15 percent bonus to shareholders

The 14th Annual General Meeting of Prime Life Insurance Company Limited has been concluded.The general assembly was held last Sunday.Arrangements were made to participate in the meeting through physical and zoom by adopting necessary health related precautions to reduce the risk of COVID-19.

By passing the financial statements of the Fiscal Year 2076/77 from the General Meeting at the rate of 15 percent (own) of the existing paid up capital of Rs. The proposal to distribute bonus shares has been passed with the provision of 87 percent.

After the completion of the mentioned bonus share distribution process, the paid up capital of the company will be Rs. 2,779,615,576.
