Prime Commercial Bank to hold general meeting on January 20
Prime Commercial Bank (PCBL) has convened its 14th Annual General Meeting on Monday. The 434th meeting of the Board of Directors of the bank held on Friday has decided to convene a general meeting at the central office of the bank in Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu on January 20 at 11 am through virtual medium.
The bank has made arrangements to provide zoom ID and passcode to the shareholders for participation through video conferencing.
The Board of Directors has announced to distribute to the shareholders from the profits of the last Fiscal Year 2077/78 as proposed in the meeting.
