For the purpose of the proposed dividend, the company will close the book on December 8 and only the shareholders who remain till the day before the book closing will receive the company’s dividend.ICFC Finance has proposed to distribute 10 percent bonus shares and 4 percent cash dividend for tax purposes to the shareholders from the last financial year’s profit and distribute a total of 14 percent dividend. The company has called an annual general meeting on January 19 to approve the dividend.
