Oman banned entry from India, Pakistan and Bangladesh

Kathmandu, April 22

Oman has banned entry from India, Pakistan and Bangladesh with effect from April 24.

According to the local Khaleej Times, the Oman government has banned people from India, Pakistan and Bangladesh from entering the country to stop the spread of the corona virus. The ban will also apply to passengers who have transited flights from these three countries in the last 24 hours.

The ban does not apply to Omani citizens, politicians, health workers and their families. But after they enter Oman, they will undergo a medical examination.

Corona infections are on the rise in India, Pakistan and Bangladesh.
