NRB launches new portal to register complaints

Kathmandu, April 22

Nepal Rastra Bank has launched a new portal for customers to register complaints. The bank has launched the portal with the objective of protecting the financial interests of the customers.

Th central bank has launched the portal for this. The portal has been brought into operation to ensure the protection of the interests of financial customers.

Customers will be able to register their grievances through this portal. In this way, the customer will receive the registered information and registration number of the complaints through e-mail.

In addition, the status of the complaint submitted by the complaint registration number will be known. The central bank has stated that the final decision of the complaint registered in this portal will be informed through e-mail.
