NIC Asia and Swadeshi Laghubiita integrated transaction from Chaitra 8

Kathmandu, March 19

The integrated business after the merger of NIC Asia Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. and Swadeshi Lagghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. will start from Chaitra 8.

The proposal to merge the two companies has already been passed by the company’s special general meeting. The company registrar’s office has also given its approval to merge on Falgun 23.

After the merger, the name of the company will be NIC Asia Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. After the merger, the central office of the company will be located at Itahari Sub-Metropolitant-9, Sunsari, which is currently the central office of Swadeshi Laghubitta.

As the integrated business will start from Chaitra 8, all the banking transactions provided by both the companies from their offices for the purpose of data migration will be closed on Friday.
