Nepse index fell and stood at 2,687.60 points in second hour; CIT has highest turnover

In the second hour of trading on Monday, the Nepse index fell by 11.90 points and reached to 2,687.60 points. During this period, the indicator has decreased by 0.44 percent.
During the second hour, 211 companies has traded of worth Rs. 2 arba 86 crore 54 lakh 32 thousand.
In the second of Monday, shares of Jyoti Life Insurance and Mahila Laghubitta has raised the most by 9.98 percent and 9.94 percent, respectively.
Citizen Investment Trust has had the highest turnover during this period. The company’s shares worth Rs. 19 crore 7 lakh have been traded. The company’s share price has risen and is being traded at Rs 4,005.
Of the 13 groups that traded in the second hour, hydropower, finance and microfinance indices raised, while the rest fell. Banking, trade, hotels and tourism, development banks, non-life insurance, manufacturing and processing, others, life insurance, mutual funds and investment groups indices have declined. Of which, the index of hotels and tourism group has declined the most by 4.47 percent.
