NEPSE index decreased; Turnover of more than 7 arba

NEPSE has slightly decreased on Wednesday. On Tuesday, the Nepse index had reached an all-time high of 2,674.46 points. On Wednesday, the Nepse index closed at 2,671.61 points.
The transaction amount has also decreased compared to the previous trading day. On Tuesday, a total of 1,61,08,499 shares worth Rs. 7 arba 47 crore 77 lakh 95 thousand were traded. On Wednesday, a total of 1,65,93,501 shares worth Rs. 7 arba 26 crore 69 lakh 72 thousand have been traded.
Nepal Infrastructure Bank has the highest turnover this day. The bank’s total of 27 crore 63 lakh 25 thousand were traded. However, the company’s share price fell by 2.31 percent on the this day. The company’s final price has been maintained at Rs. 592. Investors in hotels and tourism groups gained the most on Wednesday, while business groups lost the most. The hotel and tourism group’s index raised the most by 6.2 percent, while the business group’s index fell the most by 3.94 percent.
Along with the business group, the indices of hydropower group decreased by 1.24 percent, non-life insurance group by 1.45 percent, manufacturing and processing group by 1.4 percent, others by 0.89 percent, life insurance by 0.62 percent and investment group by 1.66 percent. .
The index of hotels and tourism group increased the most. Laghubitta index increased by 2.16 percent, development banks by 1.5 percent, banking by 0.29 percent, Finance by 0.8 percent and 0.33 percent on mutual funds. Shares of five companies raised more than 9 percent today. Mahila Laghubitta raised the most by 9.99 percent, Chandragiri Hills by 9.98 percent, NIC Asia Laghubitta by 9.98 percent, Reliance Finance by 9.84 percent and Universal Power by 9.70 percent.
