NEPSE increases by 40 points, whereas the transaction amount decreased

Today, the market has increased by 40.40 points. At the same time, the Nepse index has risen to the point of 2432.14. The Sensitive Index of Strong Companies also raised by 8.11 points and reached to 438.60. The transaction amount has come down to Rs 3.37 billion.

Chairman of the Nepal Investors Forum Chhote Lal Rauniyar argues that the market has increased due to the positive environment. “I don’t think the current political activity will affect the market much because whoever comes to power, stock market will no longer be affected,” he said.

Rauniyar said that the pressure on liquidity will be lessened due to the increase in expansion budget expenditure and this will move the share market in a positive direction. Rauniyar is of the view that there will be sufficient liquidity in the market as the central bank has reverse repo to normalize liquidity.

Radha Pokhrel, president of the Nepal Capital Market Investors Association, says that the market has been corrected for the past few days due to political confusion and fear of liquidity. “It is natural for the market to fluctuate,” she said.

Today, all 13 groups in the Nepse sub-group has raised. Life insurance group raised the most by 372.58 points, followed by non-life insurance group with 224.87 points, banking group with 19.15 points, business group with 42.9 points, hotel and tourism group with 112.69 points and development bank group with 26.82 points,31.01 points in hydropower group, 13.53 points in finance group, 98.08 points in production and processing group, 47.43 points in other group, 113.87 points in microfinance group, 0.1 point in mutual fund group and 1 in investment group. There has been an increase of 26 points.

Out of 212 companies listed in Nepse today, 86 lakh 26 thousand 667 shares have been traded at Rs 3.37 billion 45 lakh 52 thousand 178.

The highest turnover of Rs 204 million has been recorded on this day. Nepal Life Insurance had a turnover of Rs. 188.4 million while Hydroelectricity Investment had a turnover of Rs. 164.1 million today.Upper Tamakoshi Rs 142 million, Nepal Telecom Rs 119.6 million, Nabil Bank Rs 116.8 million, Prabhu Bank founder shares Rs 107.3 million, Nepal Bangladesh Bank Rs 103.1 million, NECO Insurance Rs 97 million And Global IME Bank had a turnover of over Rs 73.8 million.

Today, the share price of 5 companies has started a positive circuit. Share prices of Chandragiri Hills, Joshi Hydropower, Greenlife Hydropower, United Idi Mardi and Panchakanya Mai Hydropar have risen by an average of 10 percent. Today, the share price of Khanikhola Hydropower has also risen by 9 percent.

The shareholders of Ghalemdi Hydropower have lost a lot on this day. The company’s share price has fallen by an average of 9 percent.
