NEPSE adjusted share price of two companies

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has adjusted the share prices of two companies for the bonus shares of the last fiscal year.

Nepse today adjusted the share price of Sirjana Finance and Mahila Sahayatra Laghubitta Bittya Sanstha Limited. As per the adjusted price, the per capita price of Sirjana Finance is Rs 185 and that of Mahila Sahayatra is Rs 1,145. Earlier, the last transaction price was Rs 210 per capita for Srijana Finance and Rs 1,259 for Mahila Sahayatra. Now, according to the adjusted price, the share trading of these two company will be open.


Sirjana Finance is approving 14.27 percent dividend proposed from the last fiscal year’s profit at its 20th annual general meeting on Chaitra 14. Where, 13.59 percent is bonus share and the remaining 0.68 percent is cash dividend (for tax purposes).


Similarly, Mahila Sahayatra will also pass the 10.53 percent dividend proposed for the last fiscal year from the eighth annual general meeting to be held on Chaitra 18. There is 10 percent bonus and 0.53 percent cash dividend.

Both the companies have closed the book for the purpose of meeting and dividend today. This means that only the existing shareholders will be eligible to receive dividends from both the organizations and participate in the meeting till Falgun 26. Because in Falgun 27 (Mahashivaratri) was a public holiday and Falgun 28 was a Friday.
