Nepse adjusted share price of Nepal Insurance and two other companies

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) on Tuesday adjusted the price of bonus shares of three companies. Nepse has adjusted the price of bonus shares of Mithila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd., Nepal Insurance and Green Development Bank. Nepse has adjusted the share price after these three companies book-closed on Tuesday for dividend and general meeting purposes.

After the adjustment of 12 percent bonus shares of Mithila Laghubitta, Nepse has maintained the share price to Rs. 1,642. The last share price of Mithila Laghubitta on Monday was Rs. The share price has been adjusted on the basis of 1,839. The company has proposed to distribute 12 percent bonus shares and 0.63 percent cash dividend to the shareholders for tax purposes from last year’s profit. The company has convened a general meeting on Chaitra 29 at the Hotel Rajdurbar in Dhanusha district to pass the resolution.

Similarly, after the adjustment of 8 percent bonus shares of Nepal Insurance, Nepse maintained the share price to Rs. 781. The company’s last transaction was in Rs. 843. The company will distribute 8 percent bonus shares and 2 percent cash dividend. The company has informed that it will hold a general meeting at Airport Hotel Sinamangal on Chaitra 27 to distribute the dividend.

Similarly, after the adjustment of 3.8 percent bonus shares of Green Development Bank, the share price maintained to Rs. 169. The last share price of the bank on Monday, was Rs. 175.  The company will distribute 3.8 percent bonus shares and 0.20 percent cash dividend to the shareholders from the last year’s profit. The company has called a general meeting on Chaitra 28 to approve the dividend. The company has informed that the meeting will be held at Hotel Barahi in Kaski.
