Nepal Airlines has reduced Simkot-Nepalgunj airfare

Simkot: Government-owned Nepal Airlines has reduced the airfare between Simkot and Nepalgunj. Airlines have reduced air fares for the people of Humla, a mountainous district without road transport.

Chief of Nepal Airlines Humla Bal Bahadur Sunar informed that the airfare from Simkot to Nepalgunj has been reduced with effect from Sunday. Now the air fare from Simkot to Nepalgunj has been fixed at Rs 5,915. The ticket price is five thousand 815 and one hundred airport tax.

Earlier, Nepal Airlines used to charge Rs 7,210. The airline had expanded its flights to Humla only a few days ago. At present, the fare has been reduced for the convenience of the passengers.The airline currently operates concessional flights on Sundays, Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Other private airlines have been charging more than Rs 6,000 for Simkot to Nepalgunj. After the implementation of the new fare, passengers of Nepal Airlines have got passengers according to their seat capacity.
