NCC Bank appointed NIBL S Capital as Debenture Registrar

Nepal Credit and Commerce (NCC) Bank Limited has appointed NIBL S Capital Limited as Debenture Registrar.
The agreement has been signed by Rajesh Raj Dhungel, senior manager of the bank and Sachindra Dhungana, assistant general manager of Capital. NCC Bank, which has its registered office at Bagbazar, Kathmandu, is a financial institution registered under the Banking and Financial Institutions Act, 2063 BS.
