National Microfinance to distribute 27 percent dividend

The seventh annual general meeting of National Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has been concluded. The meeting was held at Dhading Creek Resort, Dhading on Thursday.
The meeting has passed a resolution to distribute a total of 27 percent dividend to the shareholders from the profit of the Fiscal Year 2076/77 by giving 21 percent bonus share and 6 percent cash dividend. In addition, the annual report of the Fiscal Year 2076/77 including the balance sheet, profit and loss account and other financial statements has been passed.
Similarly, two directors have been elected unopposed in the general meeting on behalf of the general shareholders. The assembly has elected new directors Narendra Prasad Chaatkuli and Ram Kumar Timalsina respectively.
