National Hydro’s profit surges, distributable amount 587.4 million

Kathmandu: National Hydropower Company Limited has earned a profit of Rs 580 million. Releasing the unaudited financial statements for the first quarter of the current fiscal year, the company has earned a profit of Rs 587.4 million

The company had earned a profit of Rs 23.7 million in the same period last year. National Hydro had an annualized earnings per share (EPS) of Rs 41.31 and a net worth of Rs 116.76 per share during the period under review.The company has a paid-up capital of Rs 1.38 billion and a reserve of Rs 232.2 million.
