National Hydropower will close the book for the general meeting from Chaitra 13

Kathmandu, March 24

The National Hydropower Company is going to close the book for the purpose of the general meeting from Chaitra 13 to Chaitra 27.

The company has said that it will be closing the book for the general meeting to be held on Chaitra 27. Shareholders will be able to attend the general meeting. The company will hold a meeting at the Delish Opera Restro & Banquet Pvt. Ltd., Baluwatar, Kathmandu. The House will discuss and pass the annual report for the fiscal year 2076/77 and also appoint a auditor for the fiscal year 2077/78 and determine its remuneration.

Also, in the special resolution of the meeting, a resolution will be passed to approve the decision taken by the meeting of the board of directors on Falgun 2, regarding giving corporate guarantee for the loan taken for the construction of Lower Erkhuwa Hydropower Company Limited project.

Likewise, the meeting will also pass a resolution authorizing the board of directors to make necessary decisions regarding merger and acquisition of other hydro companies in National hydropower company.
