Narayani Development Bank has deposited the rightful shares in the beneficiary account of the shareholder.

The company has stated that the rightful shares till Poush 28 have been deposited in the beneficiary account of the dematerialized shareholders.

The company has also informed that the shares will be deposited in the beneficiary account of the concerned shareholders in the case of the shareholders who have been dematerialized after that date.

The company has also asked the shareholders who have not dematerialized their shares so far to dematerialize their physical shares by contacting the share registrar, Global IME Capital, or a subscriber. Global IME Capital Limited is the manager of the issue and sale of securities.
