More Than 4 lakh Shares of RMDC Microfinance Open for Sale

RMDC Microfinance Financial Institution Limited has opened sale of 458,355 shares on behalf of the founder. The shares owned by NI Asia Bank have been put up for sale from today. Finance is going to sell the shares at a price of Rs 437 per share.

The company has asked to submit the share application on May 3. Shares can be purchased by existing founders and individuals, organizations and companies. Bid application can be submitted by NIC Asia Capital Limited’s office at Baber Mahal, Kathmandu
