Mahuli Laghubitta’s founder shares at auction from today; NIC Asia Bank the sales manager

The founder shares of Mahuli Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd.,-owned by NIC Asia Bank have been put up for auction from today (Wednesday). The company has opened sale of 56 lakh 270 thousand founder shares of Mahuli Microfinance at auction.
Existing founders or individuals, companies and institutions interested in purchasing the said shares can submit bids till Baisakh 21.The minimum value of the share is Rs. 791 has been prescribed. The applicant has to bid by quoting the specified price or more. When bidding for the purchase of this share, there is an arrangement to demand a minimum of 500 lots and a maximum of the whole lot.
The sales manager of the company is NIC Asia Capital Limited.
