Last day to secure the dividends of two microfinance and one bank

Kathmandu, March 22

Today is the last day to secure the dividends of the three financial institutions.

Today is the last chance to secure the dividends proposed by Mahuli Laghubitta, Deprosc Laghubitta and Sangrila Development Bank Limited for the fiscal year 2076/77.

All the three financial institutions have decided to close their books on tomorrow (Chaitra 10) for the purpose of dividend and annual general meeting. This means that the shareholders remaining till today (Chaitra 9) will be eligible to receive the proposed dividend of these three institutions and participate in the meeting.

Deprosc Laghubitta has proposed a total dividend of 20 percent from the last fiscal year’s profit. It has 15 percent bonus share and 5 percent cash dividend. The proposal will be implemented after the approval of the 19th annual general meeting of the dividend organization to be held on Chaitra 20.

Similarly, Mahuli Laghubitta has proposed a total dividend of 21.05 percent. Of which 20 percent is bonus share and 1.05 is for cash (tax purposes). The proposed dividend will be passed by the organization’s 8th annual general meeting on Chaitra 25.

Sangrila Development Bank, on the other hand, has proposed a total dividend of 5.2632 percent. Of which 5 percent is bonus share and 0.2632 percent is cash (for tax purposes). The proposed dividend will be approved by the 16th annual general meeting of the bank on Chaitra 23.
